Titi joined CARE Africa in a bead making class over 6 years ago. We immediately saw how bright she was and how she walked and talked with the Lord everyday. We asked her to come on staff at CARE Africa as a female child mentor. She accepted and the secondary school girls fell in love with her. Her job at CARE brought out her love for social work. She decided she wanted to go to University to pursue this. Due to the somewhat corrupt Nigerian school system, Titi year after year was not able to get admitance into any school she applied to despite the good grades. God then opened the door to Lancaster Bible College in the US. She was able to get accepted and recieved a 50% scholarship. She has completed three years with honors, making straight A's. She is now in her fourth year and works as a writing mentor in the English Department and as a student library worker. She is a joy and we want her to be able to obtain her Bachlor's degree in social work and then her Masters.
