Rachael is the youngest of five children. Rachael's family is very poor, but is supported by the community of Oke Ere because her father is a pastor. They have no extended family in the area, yet feel they are following God's call to start a ministry there called Fountain of Peace. Both of Rachael's parents also farm locust beans, which her mother sells at market.
